Acceptable Use

Rules for lawful, safe and responsible use of ASTRIII Business and related Node Dawn Group Ltd products.

1. Permitted use

You may use ASTRIII Business to run a lawful business, publish content you have the right to use, manage customer interactions and operate within the declared purpose of your account and package.

2. Prohibited activity

  • Illegal goods, illegal services or unlawful transactions
  • Fraud, impersonation, phishing or deceptive business activity
  • Harassment, threats, hate content or abusive behaviour
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk outreach or misleading campaigns
  • Uploading malware, attempting unauthorised access, scraping or interference with service operation
  • Use of the platform to facilitate exploitative, harmful or unsafe conduct

3. Content and customer communications

You are responsible for the pages, offers, emails, forms, media and customer communications published through your workspace or portal. Content must be lawful, accurate enough for its purpose, and not misleading or harmful.

  • Do not publish content you do not have rights to use.
  • Do not use customer data outside lawful and disclosed purposes.
  • Do not contact users in a way that is harassing, abusive or deceptive.

4. Enforcement

Node Dawn Group Ltd may investigate misuse, restrict features, suspend access, remove content, retain operational records, or terminate services where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, its users or the public.

5. Legal and safety compliance

ASTRIII Business is operated under Node Dawn Group Ltd policies and may be monitored for safety, abuse prevention, support and compliance purposes. We may cooperate with law enforcement or regulators where legally required.
