This Privacy Policy applies to visitors, leads, workspace users, account holders and other users interacting with ASTRIII Business on business.astriii.com and related ASTRIII Business services operated by Node Dawn Group Ltd.

2. Information we may collect

Account details such as name, email address and login-related information
Business information entered into a workspace, package flow or portal
Customer, enquiry, booking, order or content data entered by business users
Support messages, billing metadata and operational records
Technical data such as IP address, browser, device and usage events

3. How information is used

Information is used to create and manage accounts, provide workspace and portal functionality, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, improve platform reliability, protect the service and meet legal obligations.

Where a customer business uses ASTRIII Business to collect information from its own customers, that business is responsible for its own privacy notices and lawful basis for that processing.

We retain data for as long as needed for service delivery, account records, support, fraud prevention, disputes, compliance and platform protection. Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to help secure the service.
