We're excited to introduce the new ASTRIII Workspace experience.
The Workspace is now the central place where you manage your businesses, subscriptions, billing, support and platform access. Whether you're running a single business or multiple organisations, the Workspace is designed to make managing everything simpler.
What is a Workspace?
A Workspace is your central hub within ASTRIII.
Think of it as your account dashboard where you can manage one or more businesses from a single login.
For example:
- Running one business? Your Workspace gives you a simple place to manage your package, billing and portal access.
- Running multiple businesses? Your Workspace allows you to manage several organisations from the same account without needing separate logins.
This makes it easier for agencies, consultants, business owners and growing organisations to manage everything from one place.
Accessing Your Business Portal
Once you've chosen a package, you'll gain access to your dedicated ASTRIII Business Portal.
Your portal is where you run the day-to-day operations of your business, including:
- Website management
- Products and services
- Customers
- Orders
- Content
- Forms and enquiries
- Team management
- Business operations
Customers on approved Local Free packages may also receive portal access where applicable.
Most portal features require an active package subscription.
Billing Has Moved
One of the biggest changes we've made is moving billing and subscriptions out of the Business Portal and into the Workspace.
Previously, some customers found it confusing having account management and business management mixed together.
Now:
- Workspace handles subscriptions and billing
- Workspace manages package upgrades
- Workspace manages portal access
- Workspace manages organisations and businesses
While your Business Portal remains focused on running your business.
This creates a much cleaner separation between account administration and day-to-day operations.
Improved Sign-Up Experience
We've also updated the onboarding experience to make getting started much easier.
Creating a business profile, choosing a package and accessing your portal now follows a simpler journey designed to get you up and running faster.
Whether you're launching your first website or managing multiple organisations, the process is now more streamlined than ever.
Support Where You Need It
Support is now available from both Workspace and Portal.
This means you can:
- Contact support from your Workspace
- Raise tickets from your Business Portal
- Track conversations and updates in one place
No matter where you're working, help is never far away.
Team Management
Team management continues to be available inside your Business Portal, allowing you to invite colleagues and manage access to your business.
Workspace focuses on managing organisations and access, while the Portal focuses on managing your business operations.
What's New Is Just Getting Started
The new What's New area will become the home for platform announcements, feature releases, improvements and upcoming changes.
We'll regularly share:
- New features
- Product improvements
- Bug fixes
- Service updates
- Roadmap progress
- Behind-the-scenes development updates
Our goal is to be transparent about what we're building and where the platform is heading.
